Service User Involvement
We know that if we want our services to be of real, lasting benefit, we must involve the people that use them.
We are determined to increasingly give our Service Users a say in the decisions that shape the service that is delivered. To achieve this we are creating a Service User Involvement Group, which will meet on a regular basis.
We want to enable our Service Users to be part of our Recruitment and Selection process, and to involve them in fundraising and other opportunities.
Our clear ambition is to ensure Service User representation and engagement throughout the organisation, including at Trustee Level and we will actively explore models which will facilitate this.
We will also encourage Service Users to inform and influence policy and planning - sharing their experience more widely with other organisations we work with - such as Homeless Link - and the Rough Sleepers Initiative (RSI).
