Service User Involvement
For our services to be of a real and lasting benefit we know that we must involve the people that use them.
We are determined to give our Service Users a say in the decisions that shape the service that is delivered and, as part of this, we have a Service User Involvement Group that meets on a regular basis.
We want to enable our Service Users and involve them in fundraising and other opportunities.
Our clear ambition is to ensure Service User representation and engagement throughout the organisation, including at Trustee level, and we will actively explore models that facilitate this.
We will also encourage Service Users to inform and influence policy and planning, sharing their experiences more widely with the other organisations we work with, such as Homeless Link and the Rough Sleepers Initiative (RSI).
